📈 How Investor Profits Work

Every month, TechGuys calculates its net profits from product sales. These profits are distributed as follows:

  • 30% to Investors
  • 10% for Platform Maintenance
  • 25% to Product Buyers (as token rewards)
  • 25% to All Community Members (as token rewards)
  • 10% for Public Sale (in Q4 2026) &  Security

Investor profit is distributed proportionally to the investment amount relative to the total investor pool.

💡 Example Profit Distribution

Suppose TechGuys generates $100,000 profit in a given month:

  • $30,000 goes to the investor pool.
  • If you have contributed $500,000 of a $5 million total fund (10%), you receive 10% of $30,000 = $3,000 for that month.

⏳ Lock-In & Withdrawal Policy

  • All investments are locked for a minimum of 6 months.
  • After 6 months, investors may request partial or full withdrawal with 30 days advance notice.
  • Withdrawals before 6 months are not permitted.

🔒 Investor Cap Policy

To protect the ecosystem and prevent over-centralization, total investor capital is capped at USD $10 million. Once this cap is reached, no new investments will be accepted.

❌ No Speculative Gimmicks

TechGuys does not offer:

  • Airdrops
  • Ponzi-like returns
  • Unsustainable APYs

All rewards and profits come directly from actual business revenue through real product sales.
